Payden and Keirra: Taylor Swift

For your comments on Presentations:

First, write about something well done.  What did you learn from this group?  What part of the Presentation seemed the best?  Be specific, and use a specific example from the Presentation and your notes.

Second, offer constructive criticism that would help this group. What might have been more clear?  What part of the Presentation seemed the least polished?  Be specific.

  1. i learned that she did the monologues during her shows that was very interesting. great way to use her specific song for example. you maybe could have went into more detail about her personal life.

  2. This presentation was very informative. You provided good context and evidence to show who Taylor is and what kind of person she is. You also provided a lot of interesting facts about Taylor. One thing that you could do better at is elaborating and trying to go deeper in your points. You only spent about five and a half minutes presenting, and that's including the YouTube video. It would do better to cover less general information about Taylor, and really get the details of who she is in certain aspects. Still a great presentation.

  3. i had no idea that taylor wrote a novel when she was 12 years old that is just crazy. i really enjoyed this presentation. but maybe if you could talk a little louder i think that your presentation would be much better.

  4. I really liked that you guys incorperated a video showing T-Swift doing some surprise visits with people. I also liked that you guys described one of her songs and what it stood for. I couldn't really find any critsism to tell you.

  5. I loved the presentation, and I used to listen to Taylor Swift a lot when I was younger. Her songs were always sad so I quit listening to them. Its neat that she would make home visits to people. I think you should've tied in more about her music to the presentation.

  6. I love Taylor Swift. So I already knew things about her. You guys did a great job on giving great information about her and what she does. One thing you have added was more back ground on who is before her singing career. I also liked how you guys mention the song 15 and explained what that was about. You guys did a good job on T-Swift.

  7. Overall you had a wonderful presentation. I did not realize how young Taylor was when she started. She is a great role model for young people. You were both very informed on your topic I would just expand more on ideas.

  8. I liked the presentation. I didn't realize that she completely switched over to Pop music, I thought she was still writing some Country. I think you guys could have showed us how her music has influenced us more, not just her actions.

  9. I think it's inspiring that Taylor is a dual genre artist. I know she no longer does country, but typically people are genre exclusive, and it's nice to see that she can switch. One thing I enjoyed learning about is her visits to fans. I always respect when famous people show their love for their fans, and taking time out of their day to visit them is reassuring. Maybe share some personal opinions? We are a group that is influenced, so share some of your thoughts on Taylor.
